I’m Kindra, a licensed psychotherapist, and I’m glad you’re here. For more than two decades, I have worked with individuals seeking more out of life, but who are feeling stifled due to difficult experiences, feelings or beliefs. In a supportive, non-judgmental environment, I invite you to explore the places you feel stuck and the hopes and dreams you’d like to move towards. Together, we can work on ways to more easily navigate internal blocks, space to connect with your inner knowing, and tools and practices to assist you on this sometimes twisty, turny road called life.

Currently based in Brunswick, I am a bicoastal psychotherapist, licensed in the two states I have called home, Maine and California. With a warm and empathetic style, and a sense of humor, I offer an integrative approach of talk therapy infused with more somatic (mind-body) awareness and interventions. I comfortably work with individuals in their 20’s to 60’s and upward. Away from the office, you can often find me on outdoor adventures with my family, taking pictures, and always engaged in some new area of learning.

About Kindra (she/her)

My approach as a therapist is non-pathologizing, compassion-focused, client-centered, and LGBTQ+ welcoming and affirming. I often find that individuals who identify as highly sensitive really like my approach. Together, we can collaborate on a variety of situations and needs, from personal and professional life transitions, to situational and more recurring anxiety and depression, stress and burnout. I also have specialized training and experience in women’s wellness and mental health needs, including for the periods of peripartum and perimenopause.
