With more than two decades of experience, my clinical approach blends talk therapy and more somatic (mind-body) awareness and techniques. I draw from the fields of mindfulness and mindful self-compassion, neuroscience, nervous system understanding, and research on well-being and resilience to support people in connecting with increased contentment, satisfaction, and ease.
